The Burning Leaves Australian tour concludes this Saturday 24th April at Melbourne's Forum Theatre. THIS SHOW HAS SOLD OUT
This will be Paul’s one and only Australian headline tour for 2010 before relocating overseas for the remainder of the year to concentrate on touring his solo album and writing the new Something for Kate album. Joining Paul on stage in his band will be the now familiar faces of the supernaturally talented Mr. Patrick Bourke (Dallas Crane) on bass, the magical Mr. John Hedigan on guitar and keys, and introducing on drums, the truly mystifying Mr. Mike Noga. Special guests on this tour are Melbourne's Dan Kelly & his Dream band (featuring members of Augie March & Ground Components)* And also joining Paul on the tour will be Sydney's Papa vs Pretty.

This time he is going it alone in solo acoustic mode in regional and outer-city areas in NSW, VIC and Tasmania. Paul will join a host of Australian artists in a tribute to one of Australia's most revered songwriters, Paul Kelly.
This year marks Paul Kelly's 30th anniversary as a solo recording artist. Over two nights at The Forum Theatre (Fri 13th and Sat 14th Nov) in Melbourne, Triple J have invited some of the best Australian artists to interpret Paul Kelly's songs. The line up will feature Paul Dempsey,Missy Higgins, John Butler, Katy Steele, Bob Evans, Clare Bowditch plus members of Augie March as the backing band.
