Your Sunday afternoon soundtrack is about to get real interesting as we relaunch our Artist In Residence program for 2017 this week.
First up, it’s the great Paul Dempsey.

Dempsey is one of the most revered songwriters in the country. His considered take on modern alternative rock, both with Something For Kate and his solo work, has won praise from a huge portion of the Australian public. He’s had number one albums, critical acclaim and more amazing, powerful live shows than we can even fathom.
He’s also a really special part of the Double J story. He played our launch party and his band were the first subject of The J Files way back in 2014. So we’re absolutely stoked to have him on board as our first Artist In Residence for this year.
