We are thrilled to announce the return of Dempsey’s notorious ‘Shotgun Karaoke’ for one night only at Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on Wednesday 24th April, (the night before the ANZAC Day public holiday). Having not performed in this mode for over a decade, this show is not to be missed.

While Dempsey has penned many of his own classic tunes as a solo artist and as the frontman of Something For Kate , a Shotgun Karaoke show is a chance for Dempsey to explore the songwriting of other artists he admires – performing a full set of cover versions from this album and beyond with just his voice and an acoustic guitar in hand.
